Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Sowaka.fit as your trusted partner in employee well-being. We are committed to delivering high-quality services tailored to your organization's needs. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations applicable to our products and services.

1. General Terms

1.1 By engaging with Sowaka.fit, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1.2 Our offerings include a range of services such as Self-Assessment tools, Nutrition Camps, Yoga Classes, Art Therapy, Self-defense Classes, Fitness Programs, and Personal Coaching.

2. Event Cancellation

2.1 If a client cancels a booked event, a refund will be provided, subject to the following conditions:
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
    • Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) are non-refundable.
    • Refunds will be created to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.


2.2 In the case of rescheduling an event, clients must provide at least 7 days' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and will incur no additional charges.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 For subscription-based services:
  • Clients may cancel their subscription within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests made after 7 days but before the end of the billing cycle will result in a pro-rata         refund for the unused portion of the subscription.
  • No refunds are applicable for subscriptions canceled after the billing cycle ends.


3.2 Cancellation requests must be initiated via email at info@sowaka.fit with the subject line “Subscription Cancellation Request.”

4. Exceptional Cases

4.1 Force Majeure: Refunds or rescheduling may be offered in cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters or emergencies that impact service delivery.

4.2 Service Adjustments: If Sowaka.fit needs to modify or cancel a service due to internal reasons, clients will be notified promptly and offered either:
  • A rescheduled service at no additional cost.
  • A full refund of the service fee.

5. Payment Disputes

5.1 Sowaka.fit is not responsible for unauthorized transactions conducted using your payment details.

5.2 Refunds will not be issued for disputes involving third-party payment providers.
